With over 20 years of experience, I've streamlined processes, implemented mentoring and coaching programs, and restructured departments.

Being a workaholic, I used various career and assessment test results and was mentored by administrators and directors to help me excel in my professional and personal life. I created and implemented a life-time of goals. I always had (and still have) a daily, monthly, yearly and 5-year plan for my life.

My goal is simple: to empower you to lead with confidence, navigate and tackle challenges, and elevate and amplify your skills and talents as a mid-level leader by turning your intangible leadership skills into tangible projects and products.
